# RSR Staking Flows

**Overview**

This indicator monitors the staking flows of RSR helping to secure a specific RToken. As the RToken gets larger, more RSR is needed to keep a certain coverage ratio for the token. The indicator tracks both inflows and outflows, as well as the total RSR currently staked.

**How can I use it?**

Inflows and the total staked RSR in this indicator should correlate to the growth to the RToken that it is securing. RToken holders will want to monitor inflows and outflows to track if the stRSR coverage is staying consistent for the token.
